What Spirit is showing me is a vision of a clock and i'm hearing the phrase "ticking time". What is also something interested here is the next vision of a famous painting of Salvador Dali with the melting clocks. This is a reference of the ban of time that has been destroyed by the Sun of the lion's gate and the star of Sirius. The sirius which is the spiritual sun exposes the truth by melting the time line of the 3d and sets the tone for the final countdown before the spiritual awakening. The most interesting part here is what Arch. Metatron refers as "embodiment". This is the landing of this Solar's energy pillar  in the earth plane at the last 2 weeks which also influences  the wheather and changes the temperature that is at high levels. As our body reacts when we are in this channel of energy and feels hot the same happens and the earth. After all, a very usual sign of high vibration is when we feel hot and sweat.
